Source: ORA: Amanaska (king of all yogas): (Shaivism)Caraṇāgra (चरणाग्र) refers to the “tips of one’s feet”, according to the Hemacandra’s Yogaśāstra (verse 12.22cd).—Accordingly, “[The Yogin] whose whole body has become relaxed from the tuft of hair on the crown of his head to the tips of his feet (caraṇāgra)...”.
