Source: archive.org: Shiva Purana - English TranslationCaturdaśamukha (चतुर्दशमुख) refers to a “Rudraksha with thirteen faces”, according to the Śivapurāṇa 1.25, while explaining the greatness of Rudrākṣa:—“[...] a Rudrākṣa with fourteen faces (caturdaśamukha) is the highest Śiva. It shall be worn on the head with great devotion. It quells all sins”.
