ओङ्कारः सर्वकामेशः स इन्द्रः परमेश्वरः ।
मेधया प्रज्ञया मां स स्पृणोतु प्रीणयत्विति ॥ ७१ ॥
oṅkāraḥ sarvakāmeśaḥ sa indraḥ parameśvaraḥ |
medhayā prajñayā māṃ sa spṛṇotu prīṇayatviti || 71 ||
English translation of verse 1.71:
The syllable Om is the Lord of all desires. He (it) is the supreme Lord. Let him (it) gratify me with intelligence.
