Sanskrit text and transliteration:

रहस्यं सर्ववेदानां वेदोपनिषदुच्यते ।
अनुशासनमीशस्य ज्ञेयमेतत्परात्मनः ॥ १८२ ॥

rahasyaṃ sarvavedānāṃ vedopaniṣaducyate |
anuśāsanamīśasya jñeyametatparātmanaḥ || 182 ||

English translation of verse 1.182:

The secret of all the Vedas is said to be Vedopaniṣad. This must be understood as the command of Īśvara, the supreme Self.

Notes:

Satyaṃ vada, etc., taught in śruti and smṛti are enjoined by God and must be done. There is, for example, the smṛti text: “Śruti and smṛti are my own command.”
