Sanskrit text and transliteration:

उक्तं ब्रह्मविदाप्नोति परं नाज्ञोऽसदाश्रयः ।
इत्यस्य निर्णयार्थाय परो ग्रन्थोऽवतार्यते ॥ ३६० ॥

uktaṃ brahmavidāpnoti paraṃ nājño'sadāśrayaḥ |
ityasya nirṇayārthāya paro grantho'vatāryate || 360 ||

English translation of verse 2.360:

The following portion (of the Upaniṣad) is begun with a view to establish what was said earlier, viz., that the knower of Brahman attains the highest, but not the ignorant man who resorts to the non-existent.
