Sanskrit text and transliteration:

विजिज्ञासस्व तद्ब्रह्म यदेवंलक्षणं भवेत् ।
अनुत्पन्नमहीनं च जगदुत्पत्तिहानिभिः ॥ १३ ॥

vijijñāsasva tadbrahma yadevaṃlakṣaṇaṃ bhavet |
anutpannamahīnaṃ ca jagadutpattihānibhiḥ || 13 ||

English translation of verse 3.13:

Seek to know that Brahman well which is thus defined and which is not born and destroyed by the origination and destruction of the universe.

Notes:

Varuṇa asks Bhṛgu to find out for himself Brahman which has been defined.
