Verse 2.13

त्रिदशत्रिकोणचतुरस्रसप्तमान्यवलोकयन्ति चरणाभिवृद्धितः ।
रविजामरेज्यरुधिराः परे च ये क्रमशो भवन्ति किल वीक्षणे अधिकाः ॥ १३॥

tridaśatrikoṇacaturasrasaptamānyavalokayanti caraṇābhivṛddhitaḥ |
ravijāmarejyarudhirāḥ pare ca ye kramaśo bhavanti kila vīkṣaṇe adhikāḥ || 13||

The 3rd and 10th, 5th and 9th, 4th and 8th, and 7th are aspected in increasing quarters. Verily, there are those who aspect in regular fashion and the others, Saturn, Jupiter, and Mars, are special in aspecting.
