Verse 9.5
दिक्स्वाद्याष्टमदायबन्धुषु कुजात् स्वात् सत्रिकेष्वङ्गिराः सूर्यात् सत्रिनवेषु धीस्वनवदिग्लाभारिगो भार्गवात् ।
जायायार्थनवात्मजेषु हिमगोर्मन्दात् त्रिषड्धीव्यये दिग्धीषट्स्वसुखायपूर्वनवगो ज्ञात् सस्मरश्च उदयात् ॥ ५॥
diksvādyāṣṭamadāyabandhuṣu kujāt svāt satrikeṣvaṅgirāḥ sūryāt satrinaveṣu dhīsvanavadiglābhārigo bhārgavāt |
jāyāyārthanavātmajeṣu himagormandāt triṣaḍdhīvyaye digdhīṣaṭsvasukhāyapūrvanavago jñāt sasmaraśca udayāt || 5||
Jupiter in the 10th, 2nd, 1st, 8th, 7th, 11th, and 4th from Mars. (In the 10th, 2nd, 1st, 8th, 7th, 11th, and 4th) in addition to the 3rd house from one’s own position. (In the 10th, 2nd, 1st, 8th, 7th, 11th, and 4th) in addition to the 3rd and 9th houses from the Sun.
