Verse 11.8

One who is born when the Moon is in Pisces in the lagna; with Saturn in Aquarius, Mars in Capricorn, and the Sun in Leo; certainly, that person rules the earth. When Mars is in Aries in the lagna when Jupiter is situated in the zodiac sign of the Moon or when Jupiter is in the lagna and (when Mars is in Aries), there is another lord of the earth endowed with good qualities.
