शुभं वर्गोत्तमे जन्म वेशिस्थाने च सद्ग्रहे ।
अशून्येषु च केन्द्रेषु कारकाख्यग्रहेषु च ॥ ४॥

śubhaṃ vargottame janma veśisthāne ca sadgrahe |
aśūnyeṣu ca kendreṣu kārakākhyagraheṣu ca || 4||

The nativity in vargottama, a benefic planet in the place of Veshi (the second zodiac sign from the Sun), when the angles are not empty is auspicious, and when planets indicated as karakas.
