Verse 23.9
चन्द्रे अश्विमध्यझषकर्किमृगाजभागे कुष्ठी समन्दरुधिरे तदवेक्षिते वा ।
यातैस्त्रिकोणम् अलिकर्किवृषैर्मृगे च कुष्ठी च पापसहितैरवलोकितैर्वा ॥ ९॥
candre aśvimadhyajhaṣakarkimṛgājabhāge kuṣṭhī samandarudhire tadavekṣite vā |
yātaistrikoṇam alikarkivṛṣairmṛge ca kuṣṭhī ca pāpasahitairavalokitairvā || 9||
When the Moon is in the middle of Sagittarius or in the portion (navamsha) of Pisces, Cancer, Capricorn, or Aries with Saturn and Mars or aspected by those two, one is possessed of leprosy. With Scorpio, Cancer, or Taurus going to the trine and with those situated or aspected by the malefics in Capricorn, one is possessed of leprosy.
