Verse 23.12

When the Moon is rising (in the 1st house) situated in the mouth of the snake (eclipsed by Rahu) and when the two malefics are in trines, one is with a malevolent being. When the Sun is eclipsed by Rahu situated in the lagna (and when the two malefics are in trines), one is without sight.
