Some (twice-born skilled in the horoscope) declare the month from [the zodiac sign] occupied by the Moon named from the end of the bright fortnight of the Moon (full moon) [at birth] is joined to greatest strength in a trikona (1st, 5th, or 9th house) from the lagna, or indicated by the touching of the body region, etc. [by the querent].
