1) Ika (इक).—Substitute for the affix ठ (ṭha) given as ठक्, ठञ् (ṭhak, ṭhañ) or ञिठ् (ñiṭh) by Pāṇini; cf. ठस्येकः (ṭhasyekaḥ) P.VII.3.50;

2) Ika.—Taddhita affix इकक्, इकन् षिकन् (ikak, ikan ṣikan) mentioned in . the Vārtikas on P.IV.2.60;

3) Ika.—kṛt. affix इक (ika) applied to खन् (khan) e.g. आखानिकः (ākhānikaḥ) cf. इको वक्तव्यः (iko vaktavyaḥ) P.III.3.125 Vārt. 3.
