Source: Brill: Śaivism and the Tantric TraditionsMātṛkāsiddhi (मातृकासिद्धि) refers to “(attaining) supernatural power through the mātṛkā”, according to the Guhyasūtra chapter 9.—Accordingly, “[The Goddess spoke]:—From the mātṛkā supernatural power and liberation can come about, O Lord. Tell me [how to attain] supernatural power and liberation through the mātṛkā [i.e., mātṛkāsiddhi]. Why did you teach the mantras that arise from it? Tell me [the answer to] this excellent question. … fruit to me. [...]”.
