Māyīya Mala: Māya through its Kancukas puts a limitation on its knowledge and action. The homogeneity with other souls from previous existence is lost and the newborn soul feels it is different from other souls and objects; this is Sarirabhuvankara--the condition resulting from acquisition of and becoming a body.
