(Ingredients of Mudgadala): green gram powder, cardamom, sugar and ghee.
(Cooking instructions): Green gram is mixed with equal amounts of sugar and ghee. Spices like cardamom, cloves are added to it. Make balls from it and cook them well. This preparation is known as mudgadala.
