Uḍupīṭha) or simply Uḍu is the name of a sacred seat.—According to the Saṃketapaddhati quoted by Vidyānanda in his commentary on the Nityāṣoḍaśikārṇava, the Artharatnāvali, the “Seat of the Command” is Oḍupīṭha and the cognate Siddha is called Oḍḍu or Oḍunātha.
