Source: archive.org: Shiva Purana - English TranslationRatnavibhūṣita (रत्नविभूषित) refers to “gem-set ornaments”, according to the Śivapurāṇa 2.3.50 (“Description of fun and frolic”).—Accordingly, as Brahmā narrated to Nārada: “[...] Entering the bedchamber and gazing at lord Śiva, the beautiful damsels were much fascinated and they praised their good luck. He was gorgeously dressed in fine clothes. He was bedecked in gem-set ornaments (ratnavibhūṣita—nānāratna vibhūṣitam). He appeared to be in the prime of youth. He fascinated the ladies with charming loveliness. He was smiling gently and glancing at everyone lovingly. [...]”.
