Source: archive.org: Vagbhata’s Ashtanga Hridaya Samhita (first 5 chapters)Sthairyakṛt (स्थैर्यकृत्) refers to that which is “generative of firmness”, as mentioned in verse 5.27-28 of the Aṣṭāṅgahṛdayasaṃhitā (Sūtrasthāna) by Vāgbhaṭa.—Accordingly, “[...] among the (different kinds of milk [viz., payas]), [...] (the milk) of a cow-elephant [viz., hastin] (is) strongly generative of firmness [viz., sthairyakṛt]”.
