Source: archive.org: Catalogue of Pancaratra Agama Texts1) Tilapadma (तिलपद्म) or Tilapadmavrata is the name of a vow to be observed during the months of Uttarāyaṇa (i.e., “second half of the year”), as discussed in chapter 15 (Caryāpāda) of the Padmasaṃhitā: the most widely followed of Saṃhitā covering the entire range of concerns of Pāñcarātra doctrine and practice (i.e., the four-fold formulation of subject matter—jñāna, yoga, kriyā and caryā) consisting of roughly 9000 verses.—According to the chapter [vrata-anuṣṭhānakrama]: This chapter is divided into sections corresponding to the various months, and in each section the supererogatory activities customary to that month are given. [...] With pauṣa-month (January/February) begins the second half of the year, during which months certain vratas are to be done: puṣyamāsavrata (57b-58a), tilapadma-vrata (58b-73a), śrīkāmavrata (73b-115a), ārogyakāmavrata (115b-119a), and dinapañcakavrata (1196-1212).

[...] In “māgha-māsa” month [February-March], tilapadma-utsava is to be done on the fifth day of the bright fortnight (51-59a). [...]
