Source: archive.org: Shiva Purana - English TranslationTrisatyavibhava (त्रिसत्यविभव) refers to “one whose assets are the threefold truths” and is used to describe Śiva, according to the Śivapurāṇa 2.4.1 (“The dalliance of Śiva”).—Accordingly, [commencement of chapter]: “I salute Śiva who is satisfied with salutation, who loves great devotion, who bestows affection, who makes others too perfect and complete and who is the abode of all fortune and achievements. I salute Śiva who is eulogised by Viṣṇu and Brahmā, who urged by His sympathy assumes visible forms, who bestows truth, who loves truth, whose assets are the threefold truths (trisatyavibhava) and who is identical with truth”.
