Source: Google Books: ManthanabhairavatantramUditārka (उदितार्क) refers to the “(fully) risen sun”, according to the Manthānabhairavatantra, vast sprawling work that belongs to a corpus of Tantric texts concerned with the worship of the goddess Kubjikā.—Accordingly: “Kuleśvarī, the Wish-granting Gem is in the middle between the imperishable and the perishable. Merged in the Cavity of Brahmā she, the supreme energy, shines. She is the Shining One who, consuming (all things with her protruding) tongue (lelihā), is like a garland of flames. Her form is like a spark and (her) light (is as brilliant) as the (fully) risen sun [i.e., uditārka-samaprabhā]. [...]”.

Source: OSU Press: Cakrasamvara SamadhiUditārka (उदितार्क) refers to the “rising sun”, according to the Vāruṇī Pūjā [i.e., Varuni Worship] ritual often performed in combination with the Cakrasaṃvara Samādhi, which refers to the primary pūjā and sādhanā practice of Newah Mahāyāna-Vajrayāna Buddhists in Nepal.—Accordingly, “Oṃ in the mandala a passion called vajra, a milky ocean of the fluid Kha, By the idea of churning in ambrosia, in the beautiful ocean of sucking milk, In that arises the goddess of liquor, a beautiful pleasurable virgin, The same color as the rising sun (uditārka), equally splendid as red lacquer”.
