Source: archive.org: Vagbhata’s Ashtanga Hridaya Samhita (first 5 chapters)Udveṣṭa (उद्वेष्ट) refers to “cramps”, mentioned in verse 4.2-4 of the Aṣṭāṅgahṛdayasaṃhitā (Sūtrasthāna) by Vāgbhaṭa.—Accordingly, “(By the stoppage) of feces (are) said (to be caused) cramps in the calf [viz., piṇḍika-udveṣṭa], catarrh, headache, upward wind, colic, heart-trouble, outflow of stool through the mouth, and the above-named diseases”.
Note: An exceptional position is held by piṇḍika-udveṣṭa (“cramps in the calf”), which has not only been verbalized but paraphrased as well: byin-pai ña ’gyur (“the muscles of the calf are (morbidly) altered”).
