Source: Google Books: ManthanabhairavatantramVācājñā (वाचाज्ञा) refers to the “command of speech”, according to texts such as the Kubjikāmatatantra: the earliest popular and most authoritative Tantra of the Kubjikā cult.—Accordingly, “[...] Having contemplated (in this way), one attains Speech. Time is destroyed by just recollecting it. Thus if he practices this way in between the (two) eyebrows (vajrakodaṇḍa), he (shall) possess omniscience, O fair lady, right up to (the type) called action. The current (of the teaching) flows from action (and this leads to) the infallible (energy) that possesses the Command of Speech (vācājñā). Then after that (comes) the Accomplishment of Speech and the Lord of Speech emanates all things”.
