Source: WorldCat: Rāj nighaṇṭuVāyavyadravya (वायव्यद्रव्य) are those substances (dravya) related to Vāyu-mahābhūta obtained from the Vāyavīya type of “land” (kṣetra), as defined in the first chapter (ānūpādi-varga) of the 13th-century Raj Nighantu or Rājanighaṇṭu (an Ayurvedic encyclopedia). Accordingly, “vāyavya-dravyas are cold and hot. Amla (acidic) or feeble in nature”.
